SHIPPING & RETURNS
All shipping costs are based on current USPS rates. Shipping will generally be sent through USPS Priority Mail, and should arrive within 5-7 business days of shipping.
If we are experiencing high order volumes, shipping may be delayed. We will do our best to notify our customers if this occurs and provide an updated arrival estimate.
If you receive a package that is damaged or product that appears to have been damaged in the shipping process, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a description of the damage so the proper steps can be taken to remedy the situation.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to safety regulations, we do not allow the return of any open containers. However, if there is an issue with the product, reach out to us at email@example.com and we may provide a full or partial refund on the purchase.
